After care excellent. I had a FUE procedure done by Dr Irum Khan and her team back in September 2018 with excellent hair growth results. Everybody’s hair is different in growth and I just needed around 50 more grafts to get the perfect result. I contacted Dr Irum Khan a year later November 2019 and within 3 days she had me back into her surgery to do this for me with no problems. At IK Clinics we respect your confidentiality and all your information is stored in accordance with strict data protection guidelines.

At the time of your initial consultation, you will be asked for few personal details to enable us to register you onto our system.

We offer face to face consultations as well as consultations via video links or telephone. The consultation fee structure applies to any of these consultations undertaken with the Clinician.

To avoid failed attendance, we politely request that a full consultation fee is paid to secure an appointment with our surgeons.

Cancellations

We are all leading increasingly busy lives and there are times that unforeseen circumstances may make attending an appointment impossible.

If that’s the case, please contact clinic as soon as you can to inform us of a change of plan and to enable us to re-arrange your appointment.

Please bear in mind that any appointments that are cancelled at 24 hours’ notice or are missed all together, will be charged at 100% the fee.

Payments

Due to complex nature of the treatments offered, most require bespoke surgical kits and for this reason we request that all fees are paid when you book and confirm your appointment.

If you have any issues with paying the full amount, kindly let us know in confidence and don’t hesitate to ask about your options.
